Facility Services Industry executive Sean Litvak joins me to share from his management journey. Sean worked his way from telemarketer to strategist building teams and developing others.  He’s sculpted sales and operational strategy through incorporating new techniques for service delivery, working with a client first mentality, and coaching an independent decision-making culture.  You’ll hear him talk about Listening and we’ll discuss his take on how personal growth and self-awareness directly improves people-leadership impact.

I’ve invited Sean to the ManagerMirror because of his steadfast commitment to developing other leaders both within his industry and in his broader network interactions.  Sean started his career with KIMCO Corporation in the 1990s doing cold calling sales and he was quickly promoted into people-management because of his results and impact with colleagues. Sean spent twenty years with KIMCO, ultimately ascending into the Regional Vice President role before moving to Atalian where he held VP roles in both Sales and Operations over 8 years.  Sean developed customized practices for service delivery, managed & expanded strategic client relationships, and conducted strategic planning aligning resources to market conditions. Sean has been recognized for excellence in profitability, compliance, and safety and he’s developed a tree of professionals along the way.  Today, Sean is the Vice President of Business Development for Vonachen Group and he hosts “Litvak Leadership Live” sharing best practices with a variety of guests – you may have seen ME on LIVE with him last month!

Sean posts facilities services industry content regularly on LinkedIn and you’ll find his leadership interviews on Facebook and YouTube. Follow Sean for regular content on leadership and his ongoing discussions with a wide variety of industry leaders!
