My guest Marjorie Abdelkrime has a career that has been highlighted by managing and growing software sales, consulting, service solution design and customer service excellence… all by leveraging technology solutions to resolve business problems.  Past staff members have praised her for artful blend of technical knowledge and people skills. It shows in her career results as she’s been promoted into leading large organizations while still maintaining mentor relationships with those in her leadership tree.  You’re gonna hear her talk about “HOW” she evaluates strategic decisions with broad effect.  She’ll also discuss how she engages with employees including her use of the “Journey Line”.
