I’ve invited Jennifer to the ManagerMirror because she was directly referred to me by her employees and peers! Jennifer’s approach is rooted in the breadth of her experiences. After finishing her bachelor’s degree in Psychology, Jennifer started as staffing team member with Fortune 500 recruiting agency Robert Half. This role taught her the importance of customer relations, sales, recruiting, planning, and she got her first exposure to high-tech CRM software. Jennifer move from agency to in-house recruiting with PNC bank where she spent 5 years and earned 2 promotions for her work in developing operational best practices. Growing up, Jennifer was captain of her softball and soccer teams. Jennifer started teaching classes at a yoga & spin studio in 2013, and to this date, Jennifer capitalizes on the skills learned as a team captain and instructor in her current role. In 2015, she took a role with Accenture and again performed above her peers to earn promotions! Today, you’ll find Jennifer leading a talent acquisition team with Accenture and she’s joined us to share her journey and hopefully a few tips on how she builds that amazing and famous team dynamic.
