Deb’s experience as a people manager started when she ran a single branch location in Charlotte, NC.  Delivering results with that local team led her to being recruited to her first Regional role and her first step into people management with a Fortune 500 powerhouse – Robert Half.  Deb went on to SVP roles with Experis and Randstad where over the next 14 years she built out regional teams, designed training, and authored operational changes. Through each of these roles, Deb built a legacy of creating an employee-centric culture that reduced drama, laser-focused production performance and empowered big-picture thinking among the staff.
