Deb has successfully built sales and production teams in a local, regional, national and international footprint. Deb has a reputation for driving culture change while empowering high-caliber teams to deliver results. Deb’s experience as a people manager started when she ran a single branch location in Charlotte, NC. Delivering results with that local team led her to being recruited to her first Regional role and her first step into people management with a Fortune 500 powerhouse – Robert Half. Deb went on to SVP roles with Experis and Randstad where over the next 14 years she built out regional teams, designed training, and authored operational changes. Through each of these roles, Deb built a legacy of creating an employee-centric culture that reduced drama, laser-focused production performance and empowered big-picture thinking among the staff. Alumni of Deb Decamp teams credit her for bringing a detailed and prescriptive approach to change implementation, and her leadership has credited her for repeatedly developing OTHER leaders which one of many reasons she was named to the Staffing Industry Analysts Global Power 100 Women in Staffing list in 2017.
