I’ve invited Justin to join us on the ManagerMirror because I was drawn to his consistent career growth and the praise past employees and colleagues have shared regarding the impact he’s made along the way.  Justin started his career at Kelsan as a rep working a territory and he quickly stood out for his sales results.  Over 14 years he held roles as a district sales manager, regional sales manager, director, and ultimately the Vice President of Sales.  Justin made an impact by successfully building an inside sales team in a predominantly outside sales culture.  Along the way, he’s served on the board of a non-profit and he became an author when he published, “You Can’t Sell Toilet Paper Over the Phone” about his journey leading change.  Today, Justin is the Vice President of Business Development at EVI Industries – a leading retail office equipment firm.
